March Full Moon Dreamboard

I am enjoying a lovely warm 'n sunny last full day of a month long visit in my hometown of St. Louis,
before returning home to Seattle tomorrow.

One of the creative challenges I have been participating in this year is Jamie Ridler's Full Moon Dreamboards. I am a bit late in sharing my dreamboard, though I did choose & gather the images prior to the full moon which was last week, on March 8th.

It is designated the "Full Worm Moon," which asks:
"What dreams are emerging?
What is stirring & wiggling it's way to the surface?".

I have sorely missed getting my hands happily messy with paint, glitter and glue over the past month of being away from my home studio, so this activity really made my heart shine! And adding to my joy, I created my dreamboard with my sweet little "helper" by my side (my 2 and a half year old grandson, Ryatt), curiously asking "What's dat? What's dat? What's dat?"! (scissors, glue, tape!)

My March "Full Worm Moon" Dreamboard
the words...
simple
interior motives
matters of the heart
can you express the power of you?
running on full
private oasis
many faces
Beautiful is how a woman lives. Beauty is in the mind not the mirror.
keeping things simple
swept away

The images seem to be showing my desire to be in a place of
comfort, simplicity,nature, beauty, relaxation, rest.
A place which is both within myself and that I am surrounded by.
A place I feel most powerful yet simply content.
A place where I can just be me,
and just
be.
A place I will be returning to, very soon...

Wishing you a week of wonderfulness!
Happy Me-Laurie Z!
