HOLDING
this is my (then) 4 day old grandson Ryatt, holding on to my pinky finger... (he turned 3 in Sept.!) And for Wishcasting Wednesday, Jamie asks us WHAT CHANGE DO YOU WISH FOR?I wish for a change in my self-care habits. I wish to cut back on whole grains/gluten, sugar, and snacky crunchy crap! (even if it is "low fat" or "all natural") I wish to drink lots of water, to meditate everyday, and to be more physically active! (even if it is just a walk around the yard, or doing a yoga DVD!) I wish to paint my nails more often , remember to wear perfume everyday, and get a massage once a month! (with the help of Groupon, lol!)
What change(s) do YOU wish for? How can you make those wishes come true?
Thank you for reading, have a lovely day!
Happy Me-Laurie Z!

I'm right there with you, Laurie. I don't know why it's so hard, but it is. As you wish for yourself, I wish for you also! Beth
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely treasure of a photo!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely lovely photo. Such a moment to treasure.
ReplyDeleteTotally gorgeous photo!
ReplyDeleteAnd since, for wishcasting Wednesday, you brought up your intention to meditate, I wonder if you're signed up for Deepak Chopra's 21-day meditation challenge? It started November 5th, but I think you can still sign up at http://www.chopracentermeditation.com
They send out a reminder email with a link to a picture, a thought, and a 15-minute guided meditation each day.
Lovely post and reminder. I wish to get to bed earlier. To dye my hair and enjoy a long soak in the bath mmm this weekend
ReplyDeleteI love the clarity of your wish! I'm imagining a new version of that picture - with you and your freshly painted nails! Enjoy the journey.
ReplyDeleteAs you wish for yourself, so I wish for you also.
Psst.. if you haven't already... go put that perfume on ;) Look! A wish come true.
