WHERE PEOPLE GATHER...
Although there are only two (teeny little!) people (in the far upper right hand corner!) shown in this photo I am sharing, this room was filled with 36 artists for 3 days this past weekend, gathering together to create, share ideas and inspire one another at the Northwest Collage Society's annual retreat! We had the Maple Center at Warm Beach camp (about 55 miles north of downtown Seattle, WA) to work in from 7 am until midnight for 3 days straight...I just happened to take this shot during lunch break one afternoon, wanting to capture the essence of having 36 mini-art studios in one room! It was a wonderful experience for all of the participating artists!
