Winter Green

The color of springtime is in the flowers,
the color of winter is in the imagination.

Let us love winter, for it is the spring of genius.

  2. Such gorgeous photos, Laurie! The greenness that's still there reminds me of a poem I wrote in when I was living in England - all about winter life fires that still burn if you know where to look for them :-)

Blessings and thank you for sharing these!

  3. Nice photos. My first year in Hawaii. Here I am in January wearing shorts and tank tops or even a bikini for most the day. The plants are lush. I have huge hibiscus blooming at my front door. I love it...and when I see winter right now it seems so far away.

    Mahalo for sharing.
